Deposits made when booking appointments are subtracted from the total price of service. Please be advised that deposits are non refundable! Late Policy Feel free to reschedule your appt. at your convenience. Appointments are designed to ensure each client get their personal time and space; a 20 min grace period is given to those who are late without notice. Anytime after does not allow me enough time to make arrangements to keep my schedule for the day. Thank you for understanding. Refund Policy No full monetary refunds will be given for any reason. Only under special circumstances, such as an accidental charge to the card on file, there will be an immediate refund issued via the gloss genius app. There will also be no refund in the event you leave the salon dissatisfied with your service without proper communication with the stylist at the time of service. In this event, it is still at the discretion of the stylist if a partial refund will be executed.  SALON POLICY Please use earbuds for your phone, take your belongings with you when you leave, If you leave any item ,it will be discarded!
